The design of this 90-acre mixed-use development was led by Hall & Hall Engineers, Inc. (HHE). Guided by the owner’s vision, the project was planned to deliver a diverse range of uses that respond to key needs within the community. The development features single-family residential neighborhoods overlooking a lake, commercial and industrial spaces strategically located along a major transportation corridor, and thoughtfully placed park land that serves as both a community destination and a natural buffer between contrasting land uses.
The site also connects directly to a regional trail system, providing residents and visitors with convenient access to nature and recreation. This amenity creates shared value across the development by enhancing quality of life for nearby homeowners while offering commercial tenants the economic advantages of visibility, accessibility, and proximity to an active, well-used public corridor.
