Greenbelt Square is a planned community subdivision located within the City of North Liberty, Iowa. This mixed-density residential development encompasses approximately 180-acres in area and is planned to be completed in fifteen phases. Hall & Hall Engineers (HHE) provided and continues to provide planning coordination efforts as well as design and construction management services for platting, grading and infrastructure. At the onset of the project HHE master planned the parcel which includes single family residential to various levels of multi-family. HHE was responsible to secure all necessary permits through the City of North Liberty, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Army Corps of Engineers and the Office of State Archaeologist.
