Hall & Hall Engineers (HHE) was part of the team that worked to create a master plan for this > $50 million commercial development on 56 Acres and saw it through design and construction. The project is located at the northwest quadrant of Edgewood Road and Highway 100.
HHE responsibilities included:
Completed mass grading and utility plans for entire 56 acre subdivision (17 commercial lots).
Coordinated the preservation of onsite wetlands, trees, and other sensitive areas
Completed regional storm water management for entire area
Completed a traffic impact study and off-site improvement plans for Edgewood Road adjoining the site
Performed site designs for Farrell’s, Starbucks, Dollar General, X-Golf to name a few
Topographic and boundary survey, preliminary and final platting and construction staking
