Hall & Hall Engineers provided civil engineering design services for a 45-unit affordable housing complex located on a 1.9-acre site in Cedar Rapids. Design services included site planning, underground stormwater management, pavement, utilities, grading design, Edgewood Road turn-lane design, and off-site drainage improvements.
Other services provided by HHE included topographic survey, rezoning, holding neighborhood open house meeting(s), assisting the owner with the City of Cedar Rapids BMP Cost-Sharing Program for stormwater management, pre and post-construction ALTA surveys, construction documents, construction staking, and construction administration.
