College Community School District (CCSD) has been a valued, longtime client of Hall & Hall Engineers (HHE) for over 25years. Our firm has been CCSD’s prime land surveyor and civil engineer for a majority of projects on campus since 1998. Our past experience on previous design and construction projects include a full range of land surveying, including topography, boundary, platting, easement descriptions and construction staking. Our civil services have included full design of site improvements, street and pedestrian corridors, post construction stormwater management and treatment systems, stormwater detention basins, and construction observations for several campus projects and related public improvement projects requiring City coordination.
Prairie Creek School rests on a 48-acre campus that contained 50 foot of elevation change. HHE devised a grading plan that nestles the two-story building into the landform. HHE worked closely with the Architect team to ensure the building and site components jelled seamlessly while solving the topography challenge. In addition, HHE assisted with Lift Station, practice athletic fields, landscape, and playground design.
