Hall and Hall Engineers (HHE) led the site design for this luxury apartment home community - delivering surveying, planning, landscape architecture, civil design, and construction assistance.
The 12-acre parcel presented a significant challenge with nearly twenty feet of elevation change across the site. Rather than relying on retaining walls, HHE embraced the natural topography by strategically positioning structures and stepping building pads at varying elevations. The result is a well-integrated site design that balances constructability, aesthetics, and long-term performance.
