Prairie Summit YMCA Roundabout - College Community School District

In 2024, voters in the College Community School District approved the design and construction of the Prairie Summit YMCA which includes aquatic facilities, fitness   spaces, and classrooms along with additional recreational facilities.  

HHE was chosen to design the roundabout which provides efficient traffic connections between the district’s main campus south of 76^th Ave SW with the new YMCA   and Prairie Heights Elementary on the north side of 76^th Ave SW.

The HHE team worked closely with College Community School District and additional selected vendors to create a safe and efficient thoroughfare while minimizing the   impact on traffic accessibility during the school year.
