HHE’s landscape architects apply artistic principles and technical design standards to enhance every project produced. Many of competitors struggle to integrate their landscape architects into their design teams. Through a team approach, all HHE projects have input from a landscape architect, ensuring not only technically sound but livable and enjoyed designs.
Hall & Hall’s Landscape Architects collaborate with engineers, planners, and scientists to develop context-sensitive design solutions. Solutions that unite site improvements, respect for the surrounding landforms, the environment and our client’s needs.
HHE’s design work ranges from municipal parks and playgrounds to residential communities to institutional facilities. The variety in client base has provided HHE with a broad range of experience in unique design elements ranging from healing gardens to urban skate parks to woodland trails. These services and the superior quality of product delivered have gained Hall & Hall national recognition and respect.

Hall & Hall’s Land Surveyors combine the latest surveying equipment with decades of experience. HHE can field four crews at any time and all surveying work is supervised by a licensed land surveyor. Crews use the latest in robotics surveying equipment, and both static and Real Time Kinematic GPS. A “one-man-survey-crew” can collect pre-engineering topographic survey data while another is out staking construction sites. The un-manned instrument allows flexibility by:
- tracking the surveyor’s prism pole throughout the site. Over the years, it has been found that using the robotic stations in combination with GPS control has been a huge benefit to both the quality and efficiency of our surveying projects.
