Project Description:

Fairfax City Park Ball Fields

Hall and Hall Engineers completed master planning services, design and construction administration for Fairfax’s City Park & Athletic Field Complex. The entire project site is approximately 45 acres with phase one occupying roughly 25 acres. Phase one includes two baseball diamonds, two soccer fields, a concession building, rain gardens, a playground structure, parking and walking trails.

In addition to our in-house landscape architecture, civil engineering and surveying disciplines, we collaborated with architectural, mechanical and electrical design professionals to complete this project. The concessions building contained rest rooms, storage space and large shade structure. Ball field lighting was also designed into the project.
